Do the community a favor, plead guilty and go to prison. This will prevent tax dollars being wasted on trying you, or providing you a defense.

You would not need a lawyer if you had not been selling drugs.

Dennis Somech

Works out of Fairfax but covers Loudon.. You wont regret it!

See site drug lawyer.

Spend a pile of taxpayers’ dollars to keep the guy in jail. Meanwhile his loser friends simply buy their pot from someone else. Nothing gained. Unless we are talking serious quantities, distribution on school grounds or gang related, put the guy in an orange jump suit and make him pick up trash by the roadside or scrub gang tags off walls every weekend for a month, then kick him out of the system.

Unless you were selling something bigger than pot, you probably cannot afford the best lawyer in the area. Find a crim defense lawyer that recently left the Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney’s office.

Just last month I moved into our new house which has about 56 square feet of stainless steel countertop area in the kitchen. The homebuilder simply contacted a local commercial stainless fabricator and it was handled like any commercial job would be. There are quite a few things to consider. Personally I wouldn’t order any of this online — after seeing the process, I would strongly recommend having them made locally and installed by the fabricator.

A commercial fabricator is probably not familiar with certain aspects of residential construction. In particular, homes tend to be a little more “loose” in their tolerances, so be careful — we had to get several areas re-framed because the stainless was very square and straight and the framing was not.

Get price quotes for different gauges of steel, as this will vary the price dramatically. I went with a thinner 14ga on the low-traffic surfaces and 12ga on the heavy-use areas.

Be sure to specify what kind of lip you want on the underside, or you’ll probably just get it cut straight. Also, be sure to specify cosmetic details like where welds will be done and how they’re finished, how corners will be finished, etc.

Get the plumber involved, particularly if the stainless fabricator is building the sink into the counter. We had a problem where the fabricator didn’t make the drain opening large enough to fit a standard sink basket, and cutting a larger hole is very difficult.

Good luck — they look awesome, and they’re great if you cook a lot!

This is Martina’s second consecutive CMA Female Vocalist win. She also won in 1999.

Martina was nominated alongside Dolly Parton, Patty Loveless, Terri Clark and Alison Krauss for the CMA’s prize. “I am so honored to be in this category,” said McBride. “I don’t know why it is me up here, but I am very grateful and proud.” Close friend Faith Hill presented McBride with the award after McBride performed her latest single, “In My Daughter’s Eyes,” from her eighth RCA Records album Martina.

Adding to her monumental week, it was also announced earlier today that Martina has been certified GOLD in just over a month by the Recording Industry Association of America. Martina was released on September 30 and debuted at the #1 spot on the country charts selling more than 122,000 copies its first week in stores. This was Martina’s highest scanning debut of her career – more than doubling the sales of her last studio effort, Emotion which came out in 1999. Martina’s White Christmas CD was also certified PLATINUM this week.

With no time to rest on her laurels, Martina is currently busy rehearsing for her heralded Gillette Passion Venus Presents Martina McBride’s The Joy of Christmas tour which kicks off on November 28. The grand scale multi-media holiday concert will play through December 22 in cities across the nation. Plans are also underway for a major tour in 2004 which will be announced this week.

New York, NY (February 2, 2004) – Due to overwhelming demand, DAVID BOWIE’s sold-out and critically acclaimed “A Reality Tour” has been extended in North America with 29 additional dates at theatres, arenas and amphitheatres. Clear Channel Entertainment, the world’s leading promoter and marketer of live entertainment, will promote and produce the tour, which is being presented by Audi of America. After the current leg of U.S./Canadian dates ends February 7 in Los Angeles, BOWIE will head to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong before returning to Philadelphia March 29 for a trek that will conclude with two New York area shows June 4 and 5. Immediately following the new North American dates, BOWIE will revisit Europe and the U.K.–where the worldwide tour was launched last October–for select festival dates, including a headlining appearance at the Britain’s Isle of Wight festival June 13.

Rotating set lists include songs such as: “Suffragette City,” “Cactus,” “Battle For Britain,” “Under Pressure,” “Sister Midnight,” “I’m Afraid Of Americans,” “The Man Who Sold The World,” “Fantastic Voyage,” “Rebel Rebel,” “Hang On To Yourself” and “Heathen.”

The new tour dates arrive as BOWIE earns some of the highest critical praise in his celebrated career. In fact, the tour was cited as the second “Best Tour” of the year after Radiohead in the

“Critics’ Picks” section in the Rolling Stone “Music Awards 2003” poll (2/5/04). The magazine also praised his sold out December 15 show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (1/22/04 issue): “Bowie keeps finding new ways to seduce a crowd and make fans come back for more…Toward the end, he began busting out the surefire anthems, including a ferocious ‘Heroes,’ the timely ‘I’m Afraid of Americans’ and the climactic one-two punch of ‘Suffragette City’ and ‘Ziggy Stardust’.”

(Nashville, TN) March 24, 2004 — Mega-stars George Strait, Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett will join together for the first-time ever, Saturday, May 29, 2004 at the Texas Stadium in Dallas. This “must see” concert of the year promises to be a party the Lone Star State will never forget.

With more than 120+ million records sold, over 80 Number One singles and countless awards under their hats (or Hawaiian shirt), the superstars will share equal billing to showcase some of their biggest hits and fan favorites – alone and together. This historical concert extravaganza kicks off with Jackson, followed by Strait, Buffett and close with an extraordinary finale of all three. Tickets range from $39.50 to $125 and go on sale to the general public Saturday, April 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Tickets may be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets by calling 214-373-8000 and online at www.ticketmaster.com.

“The three of us have talked about doing this for some time,” admits Strait. “We’ve had the pleasure of working with each other before and not only do we enjoy each other’s music but we have a lot in common. Sharing the same stage will be a great time for us as well as the fans. The only draw back will be choosing which songs to do and which ones we have to leave off.”

Texas treasure, George Strait holds the career record for CMA nominations with seventy-one and the record for the most number one singles by a single artist in any genre. Strait has released 31 albums, all of which have hit gold or platinum status, selling over 62 million copies total. His latest release, Honkytonkville, is nominated for ACM’s Album of the Year. Strait and Jackson won the 2000 CMA Award for Vocal Event of the Year for “Murder on Music Row” and toured – together during the 2001 George Strait Country Music Festival.

Reigning CMA Entertainer and Male Vocalist, Alan Jackson is currently nominated for eight ACM Awards including Single, Song, Video and Vocal Collaboration of the Year for the eight-week #1 hit, “It’s Five O’clock Somewhere” with Jimmy Buffett. Propelled by the success of “It’s Five O’clock Somewhere” and the chart-topping, “Remember When” (Jackson’s 31 #1 single), his Greatest Hits Volume II CD was recently certified triple platinum. Jackson’s 2004 tour is one of country’s hottest tickets on the road with capacity crowd concerts across the country.

In 2003, singer/songwriter Jimmy Buffett released Meet Me in Margaritaville: The Ultimate Collection – a two-CD retrospective certified double platinum, a mini DVD “MiniMatinee #1”, and four live double CDs from select shows on his 2003 summer tour. His newest CD, License to Chill, is scheduled for release later this year and includes cuts with both Strait and Jackson. Buffett is nominated for four ACM Awards including Single, Song, Vocal Event and Video of the Year for “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere.” Buffett and Jackson won Vocal Event of the Year at the 2003 Country Music Association Awards for their duet and were nominated for a 2004 Grammy Award.

FORMING IN OCTOBER OF 2002, without a bass guitarist, Nothing Counts is off to a great start in the music world. In December 2002, Brandon Tice (guitar/vocals), Kyle Cord (guitar/vocals) and Payton Yeager (drums) recorded a 5-song Live Demo CD in Brandon’s basement. This Demo CD was very low quality; vocals were sung through a bass amp, no harmonies were able to be recorded due to having only one microphone, no bass guitar was on the recording, and the conditions to record were brutal. However, by handing these CD’s out for free at each show, they were able to start building their fan base.

USING HIS MOTIVATION TO SUCCEED, Brandon contacted some of his favorite bands about booking shows with them. Some of these many bands were: Knockout (Fearless Records), Starstruck (Chicago Pop Punk). The Dog & Everything (Chicago Rock), Park (Lobster Records), & Split Habit (on an Asian Man Compilation). Also, Brandon was able to book an 8-day long tour with Short Arm Trick (Chicago Pop Punk), with Dumbstruck (California Pop Punk) playing 3 of the shows. Due to his ability to help other bands, bigger bands are now contacting Brandon about booking shows with/for them.

ON JANUARY 10, 2003, only 3 months after forming, Nothing Counts played their first show ever. They played this show without a bass player. After the show they got many compliments, but also positive criticism from local bands and friends ’2nd Best’ and ‘Led By Last’. The popular idea was that Nothing Counts had a great sound, but definately needed a bass guitarist. The guys contacted a friend of theirs, Dan Wakefield (bass guitar), about playing bass. He gladly accepted the vacant position. Dan learned most of the songs in one week, and was ready for the bands’ second show on January 18.

NOW, AS A COMPLETE BAND, Nothing Counts has been on a roll. They have recieved compliments from many other bands and fans, and have been personally asked by venue owners to come back in the near future. With their motivation and determination toward their music, and their ability to have a great time on and off the stage, they seem to be well on their way to fulfilling their goal: to get to the point where they can play music full time, and not have to work another job on the side just to get by.

Sovereign stayed with this line up for about 2 years, give or take. They played mainly cover songs and did the occasional show here and there. Eventually Blue and Jack parted ways and left Sovereign in search of replacements. It didn’t take them long however to find another guitar player, Pat Whitmer. The three started playing and decided they wanted to start playing their own music witch ultimately left them in search for a permanent singer. Ryan Espe was found and stood above the rest that came to audition. So now Sovereign was almost complete except for a bass player. Pat introduced Scott Walker to the band as a potential bass player, but everyone knew that his guitar abilities were extremely great. So Pat gladly stepped aside, let Scott play guitar, picked up a bass and then Sovereign was complete. Eventually Pat left the band to go to college, so Sovereign found Dustin Leyendecker from a friend of the band. Sovereign continues to write music and play it with it a passion.

Last Place is a local 4-piece pop punk band from Clinton, IA. They’ve been together for over a year now. The band started out as a metal band, believe it or not. They finally realized that the metal thing just wasn’t quite what fit them, when they attended a NFG/Blink 182 concert, and knew that this is the kind of music they wanted to play. So they dropped their old guitarist, and went through a few until they came across their long time friend Reese Petersen. They found out that he played guitar, and decided to let him try out. He did so, and there was a chemistry from the beginning. They knew that this is who they needed to solidify the band. Their freshman year of high school, the band “Last Place” was now formed.

As the band was getting started, they practiced day in, day out, and started writing new songs. The chemistry started off so well that it almost seemed easy. They all had different styles, which brings an original sound to them. When people started finding out about the new band, many wanted to come to Pete’s basement, just to watch a practice. This was huge for the new band, to see that people actually cared enough to want to come watch a practice. Finally, they had a chance to play their first show. It was at the American Legion in Cedar Rapids, with a crowd of approximately 80 people. Last Place was the only punk band there, the rest were death metal. There was one punk fan in the entire crowd. This of course would make it hard on the band, yet somehow when they got on stage, it got all people into it, even the metal fans. Over the course of time, they’ve played several shows, including playing with local band 2nd Best, which helped get Last Place off to a good start. The members of Last Place would like to thank 2nd Best for all the help they’ve offered. Last Place is already headlining their own shows, in front of crowds in the hundreds. The success of the band is due to hard work, motivation and love for punk music in general.

“The Mind is shapely, so the art is shapely.” So sprach Jack Kerouac and thus is the ethos of the 4-piece original rock band known as cLoNe. cLoNe is an ill-defined group hailing from the perpetual wasteland known as Central Illinois. With their roots in Punk ethics and Metal/Alternative music stylings, CLoNe births a sound oddly defined as Buddha Rock…reminiscent of screamo acts like Thursday and Glassjaw, yet retaining moments of power pop, metal, stupid humor, and Sonic Youth-like postmodernity.

Founded by Sean Dowdy, Adam Strunk, and Luke Dowdy in August of 1999, cLoNe began as a group of idealistic teenagers wanting to immortalize a sound that was just itching to come out. After the torturing process of going through drummer after drummer, the three musketeers asked their good friend and fellow musician J.R. Baird to hop on a trap set and kick out the jams with them. Already an experienced guitar player, it took J.R. no time to give the band a unique and solid rhythm on the skins. Although cLoNe has been through trials and changes in its lineup, these four fukkers make up the present cLoNe….kickin’ ass and takin’ names but gettin’ sick of takin’ names.

After releasing a rough early demo “Plush Safe He Think” and a subsequent live album “Live at Barnfest”, cLoNe recorded an up-to-date demo in the summer of 2002 at Harrison Studios in Springfield, IL. “cLoNe demo #637″ was released on the band’s own independent label “Polyester Records” and is growing in popularity and success, receiving radio play from 92.7 WQLZ in Springfield, IL, 88.3 WQNA in Springfield, IL, and 90.7 WVKC in Galesburg, IL. Two tracks off the demo “pushing me (praGue)” and “even-steven” have been extremely successful on the local band top ten countdown on WQLZ’s Bandemoniun. Both tracks have consistently been on the top ten with “pushing me (praGue)” peaking at #5 and “even-steven” peaking at #2…the latter remaining on the countdown to the present day.

cLoNe is currently seeking management and playing shows all around the mid-west bringing their interesting, abstract, and diverse sound to all of its current and future fans. These four young superheroes are rawking the Central Illinois music scence…with plans to tear up shitt nationwide. Watch out for these guys folks…they’ve got hair on their ballz and they’re takin’ on all of the Biffs!

Point and shoot, compact underwater cameras are not big and bulky anymore, nor do they require a waterproof housing to be at home in the water. The best underwater cameras look no different than other point and shoot compact cameras, and also don’t cost an arm and a leg more. That is why it makes no sense to buy anything but a waterproof camera. At some point most cameras will be in the situation where they may come into contact with water, but if you have an underwater camera, then you won’t think twice about it. People are catching on to the peace of mind that waterproof cameras can offer, and manufactures are catering to them by competing to make the best underwater camera. Here we will discuss the things to keep in mind when deciding which one to purchase for your situation.
