Anyone know who the best Lawyer is that handles felony drug chgs? Dist mj to be precise. Case is in Loudoun but I keep hearing ffx lawyer names? Who’s the best?

Do the community a favor, plead guilty and go to prison. This will prevent tax dollars being wasted on trying you, or providing you a defense.

You would not need a lawyer if you had not been selling drugs.

Spend a pile of taxpayers’ dollars to keep the guy in jail. Meanwhile his loser friends simply buy their pot from someone else. Nothing gained. Unless we are talking serious quantities, distribution on school grounds or gang related, put the guy in an orange jump suit and make him pick up trash by the roadside or scrub gang tags off walls every weekend for a month, then kick him out of the system.

Unless you were selling something bigger than pot, you probably cannot afford the best lawyer in the area. Find a crim defense lawyer that recently left the Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney’s office.
